This site is both an online shop for the purchase of Ecoware's range of Environmentally Friendly ecoNappy and incontinence products, and a source of information.
You can access incontinence and environmental information by selecting one of the buttons to the left. We hope that this information is helpful.
If you wish to find information on our products or place an order, scroll down the buttons on the left, choose from Baby and Toddler's ecoNappy Products, Children's and Adult's Incontinence Products, Incontinence Swimwear and Children's Swimwear or Favourites, then follow the simple steps set out below.
To order on this website:
- Select the Section with the products you are interested in by choosing from the buttons to the left of the page or click on the headings below:
Babies and Toddler's ecoNappy Products
Children's and Adults' Incontinence Products or
Incontinence Swimwear and Children's Swimwear
- Select options for a product e.g size
- Type in a quantity for the product selected
- Click on the shopping basket icon to add to your order
- Select another product or option e.g another size for the same product
- Click the basket to add this to your order
- The total value of your order is shown at the bottom of the web page at all times
- To see details of your shopping basket click on the eye icon at any time
Currency:
- Your order will be processed in Euros
- To see estimated values for other currencies, select the currency icon in bottom left corner of the screen (rates are updated daily but may vary from the rate used by your bank for processing credit cards purchases).
Check-out and delivery:
- WITHIN IRELAND
The cost of delivery will appear at the checkout. We will send orders up to 20 kg for a maximum delivery charge of Euro7.50.
- FOR ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE IRELAND WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY EMAIL OF DELIVERY CHARGES BEFORE PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
- View the shopping basket by clicking the eye icon or checkout button on the top of the page
- Select your payment method
- Check the Terms option before proceeding any further
- Fill out your postal and payment details as instructed on the forms
- Print a copy of your order for your own records by clicking on the printer icon. It is useful to send with your payment if you are paying by cheque, or if placing a fax order.
Ordering by Mail Order
- Click here to go to Mail Order Forms or click on the button on the left. Print out the appropriate mail order form and fax to our office
Favourites and Tell a Friend Options:
- Click on the heart shaped icon to add products to your favourites list. These will be remembered next time you visit the Ecoware Shop to save you time when ordering
- You can send information about your favourite products to your friends by clicking on the envelope icon shown next to each of your favourite products
